"Moulin Rouge" is astonishing, a cabaret style completely different from its usual style, its look is also new, a smacked hat, fur and the return of lipstick. I admit, I have trouble with the song, the look and the clip, a matter of personal taste ... Kamijo speaks of it as a "party song" to party and have fun. He also says that it's like the eighth movement of "Symphony of the Vampire", I don't really see where, the artist's vision escapes me for once.
"Trésor" is also atypical, very sober in instrumentation. An accordion of violins, Kamijo's voice filtered out of an old radio at first. A very nostalgic video in black and white. We find there images of "Symphony of the Vampire", a melody which takes again the notes of "Royal Tercet", that looks like a credits of old film, it is poetic, a little retro Paris of yesteryear which makes dream tourists, it may seem cliché to us but let's not forget that he is Japanese. We find on the album titles already released as a single, a different version of "Louis ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?" which is more symphonic metal and "Presto" which is just on the piano. I do not like everything on this album and I am a little confused because it is not as homogeneous as the mini album in the titles offered. There is a bit of everything, things in the continuity of "Symphony of the Vampire" and ballads more in the vein of what he did before "Versailles" with a more varied sound (this is only my feeling ). There are too many different styles, after it is a matter of personal taste. There is certainly a coherence in his creative process which escapes my listening. The homogeneity of the album lies mainly in the story it tells ...
However, there are some nice nuggets like this version of "Presto" which is simply sublime in its sobriety. There he detaches himself completely from Versailles, returns to the inspirations he had had before while taking another path. All these walks are a return to what he did before Versailles with richer instrumentation.

The heart album also gives rise to a new collaboration with Artemis Classics. The Heart collection is a continuation of "Symphony of the Vampire".
